Belvedere looks to the future: Incentive program rewards leaders who show the way

After years assembling the land, obtaining municipal approvals and installing neighborhood infrastructure and amenities, a limited number of home sites are now available for sale to individuals to build custom homes.

Belvedere is actively searching for creative, innovative and energetic individuals who want to build their own homes, and also to build a neighborhood that shows the way to the future. Homes at Belvedere need not be large in size—but large in design and ideas. This is your opportunity to distinguish yourself as a thought leader by building a home that is a statement of your values—a home that is efficient and uses new technologies to conserve resources.

With its builder and architect partners, Belvedere can provide you with design ideas and costing information. You can work with a recommended builder/architect team, or choose your own.

Belvedere is offering an incentive program to those individuals willing to lead and to show what is possible in creating the unique vision of Belvedere.

At this time, and for a limited time only, home sites in “Upper Belvedere” (Phase II) are being offered for sale. This is a proprietary sales program and you will not find these home sites listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Belvedere is looking for six individuals who will commit to starting their custom home within the next year. To offer further incentive, Belvedere is doing away with individual home site pricing and instead offering the home sites on a “group pricing basis.” This allows home site purchasers to decide what home sites are best for their needs without having to pay a premium. Pricing is as follows:

Home sites 51-57 in Upper Belvedere (Group 1)	TBA
Home sites 71-81 in Upper Belvedere (Group 2)	TBA
All other Upper Belvedere home sites  (Group 3)	TBA

The prices listed above are “base” prices. If you commit to starting your custom home in the next year there are substantial incentives. Incentives include substantial “early purchase” discounts and special “All in One” custom home financing. Call for details.
